COVID-19 Updates



To protect the health of our patients and workforce, any patient visiting an LSUHN clinic is only permitted to bring one adult guest with them to their appointment. Patients and guests will be pre-screened prior to clinic entry. 


If you have any of the following potential risk factors for COVID-19 (see  below), you are instructed to call the clinic PRIOR TO ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT: 

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Close contact with someone who may have COVID-19 
  • If you are suspected of having COVID-19, or tested positive for COVID-19

If you do not call prior to your appointment, it may be canceled if you do not pass the COVID-19 screening criteria. Please visit the “Contact Us” for a complete list of clinic contact numbers.

Now Offering Telemedicine Visits

We all want to do our part and practice social distancing. During this time, we are here for our patients and actively scheduling telemedicine visits. The telemedicine visits are an opportunity to connect with your doctor from the comfort of your home, diminishing your need to travel and most issues can be resolved in this manner. The telemedicine visits require either internet or telephone access.
