COVID-19 Updates

EFFECTIVE MARCH 28, 2022: IMPORTANT UPDATES REGARDING COVID-19

In order to ensure your health and prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are requiring all patients and visitors to wear a mask that cover their nose and mouth while visiting our facilities. We have surgical masks available for patients if needed.

CLINIC APPOINTMENTS:

If you have any of the following potential risk factors for COVID-19 (see  below), you are instructed to call the clinic PRIOR TO ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • Muscle aches
  • Diarrhea
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • If you are suspected of having COVID-19, or tested positive for COVID-19
  • Pending COVID-19 test

If you do not call prior to your appointment, it may be canceled if you do not pass the COVID-19 screening criteria. Please visit the “Contact Us” for a complete list of clinic contact numbers.

Virtual Visits

During this time, we are here for our patients and actively scheduling virtual visits. The virtual visits are an opportunity to connect with your doctor from the comfort of your home, diminishing your need to travel and most issues can be resolved in this manner. The virtual visits require either internet or telephone access.
