A virtual visit is a secure appointment between you and your provider. Most clinical issues can be resolved in this manner and limit the need to travel.

What do I need for a virtual visit?
You will need access to one of the following:

• Smartphone with a camera
• Computer with internet access, a camera and microphone
• Telephone

What is the cost of a virtual visit?
Please check with your individual insurance regarding coverage of virtual visits. Most insurances are covering virtual visits the same as they would an in person visits. However, it is best to check with your insurance provider.

Is there a copay for a virtual visit?
Your insurance coverage will determine if there is a copay for your virtual visit. If there is a copay, we will bill you for the amount.
